I am writing this letter as appreciation for Jenna’s devoted service. Our connection started a couple of years before I started seriously looking to buy a home. I directly stated at that time that I wasn’t actively looking but definitely in the future, perhaps in 2-3 years. Jenna offered to take my email, asked me what was on my mind at that time in terms of what I might like to buy and where and started sending me information. Every 6 months or so she would reach out to me to make sure my preferences are updated. When the apartment where my 2 kids and I were living started having too many leaks, I decided to look for our home. Here are several reasons why I think Jenna is great at what she does. She knew my needs and accommodated me with time that could work for me. I am a single full time working mom and that was important to me. She responded to my concerns and addressed issues in a timely manner. When the property I was interested in came out on the market, she immediately found time to meet with me and made an offer. Time was of an essence and Jenna collected all the necessary resources and information to communicate to the seller’s agent about my interest. For the next 36 hours, Jenna was updating me every few hours, since I was anxious and couldn’t wait for the result. The offer was accepted and I believe Jenna’s professionalism made big difference: our offer was the first one and for the exact amount the seller was asking. The process of negotiating details and purchasing was very smooth. I continued with my daily life while all the documents were getting signed and the process was moving along. When the escrow closed, I immediately started fixing up the place. Jenna helped me with excellent referral of electrician. Jenna is a RE professional who took it to heart to understand what I needed and all of my concerns were addressed and taken care of. I would highly recommend Jenna for anyone’s real estate needs. In fact, I foresee a possibility of looking for an investment property in the nearest future and I’ll ask Jenna to help me. I had signed the exclusivity agreement before Jenna started actively helping me in looking for my home and that worked for both of us really well. I chose Jenna as my real estate agent because I could tell that she had my best interests in mind and wasn’t trying to sell me on any properties. In fact, the first place I showed her she told me NOT to buy because she knew they were going to build condos nearby that would block the view in a few years. As a first time home buyer, I wanted someone with not only a strong track record, but area expertise and Jenna definitely had that to offer. Even at open houses we went to together, other agents knew her, so I could tell she had a strong reputation in the community. I was looking for a cosmetic fixer since my fiancé is a contractor and she found me the perfect home in the neighborhood we had set our eyes on from the very beginning. I was almost priced out of the area but Jenna never pressured me to raise my budget and assured me we’d find the right thing for me. We met Jenna Christensen through a co-worker’s recommendation, and after speaking with her on the phone about our needs we met the following Sunday. After showing us the type of home and areas we should be focusing on, we ended up spending the entire day with Jenna looking at properties. At each location she asked us questions as to what we liked and didn’t like, and also gave us information about the area and neighborhood, and it was obvious that she was very knowledgeable. It was on this first day that Jenna took us by a house that we just loved. The sellers were in negotiations with another buyer and were basically on the verge of accepting an offer. Undeterred, Jenna repeatedly made phone calls to the sellers’ realtor until she reached her, and the very next day Jenna called to tell us that if we wanted this house we could still get it, and for less that we had planned to offer. Because she knew the listing agent well and had a good relationship with her, she was able to find out what it would take for us to get our dream home. Furthermore, she wrote us a detailed email outlining all the features of this house and how it matched up with our requirements. 30 days later we closed escrow and moved into our new home. Throughout, and even after the entire escrow process, Jenna was readily available to answer questions and make phone calls on our behalf. We are convinced that without Jenna’s skills and efforts, we would not have gotten our house. It was her persistence and negotiating skills that got our offer accepted, made escrow run smoothly while at the same time making sure all our concerns and questions were answered.
